You pay the item price, a small service fee, and actual shipping. We never mark up your items or your shipping, and the exact figures for your order are always shown at checkout.
Currently shipping via hand-carry to Indonesia
Items are consolidated and dispatched on scheduled hand-carry trips. Standard courier shipping (FedEx, DHL, Japan Post) is coming soon — the rates below are for reference.

2 · Tora service fee
Our commission for buying on your behalf — a flat fee by item subtotal, per shop.

3 · Domestic shipping in Japan
A flat ¥700 per shop to bring items to our Tokyo warehouse. Buy several items from the same shop and they travel together for one fee.
International shipping
Calculated by weight and destination and confirmed before dispatch — at the carrier’s actual rate.

Everything is charged in Japanese yen; any USD figure is a live-rate estimate. Pay from your prepaid wallet or by card.
Customs, duties & taxes
Set by your destination country and paid by you on import — never collected or marked up by Tora. We always declare shipments accurately.
What we don’t charge
No markup on items, no markup on shipping, no membership fee, no charge for a quote, and no storage fee for the first 90 days.
